For months now, we've been hearing all about the Honda Civic Type R concept, a model which combines the fuel-conscious, family friendliness and style we're used to from the Japanese automaker with its not oft-seen roots in racing. Now, the brand is showing off the dichotomy between the two worlds in a video series called "The Other Side."
The video uses a rather interesting framing device. On the one hand, we get a look at the Civic we all know and love, being driven by an--ahem--civic-minded guy. When one taps the "R" key, however, the adrenaline is pumped up to 9,000 and things enter beast mode. We won't give away the twist, so watch the trailer, and then the actual video below.
