The 2019 Ford Explorer
When it comes to the 2019 Ford Explorer, shoppers have the choice of five trim levels: base, XLT, Limited, Sport, and Platinum. The base trim offers a 3.5-liter V6 engine that delivers 290 hp and 255 lb-ft of torque. However, drivers can choose a 2.3-liter turbocharged four-cylinder as an option. The Sport gets you a turbocharged 3.5-liter V6 that generates 365 hp and 350 lb-ft of torque.
